Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Procedure: We understand that plans may change. To avoid inconveniences, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. You can cancel your appointment through messaging me directly. No Show Definition: A "No Show" is defined as missing an appointment without prior cancellation or providing less than 24 hours' notice. No Show Fee: In the event of a No Show, a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This fee must be settled before booking any future haircut appointments. Late Arrivals: We understand delays may occur. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time or rescheduled if necessary.
